Legal

End-User License Agreement

Your license to run STiDY, and ours to serve it to you.

Last updated 3 July 2026

License to you

STiDY's source code is open source. You may use the hosted app for personal, non-commercial study purposes, and you may run, study, modify and self-host the code under the terms of the license in the repository.

What you may not do

Misrepresent a modified copy as the official STiDY service; use the hosted service's infrastructure (database, AI keys) from outside the app; or remove license notices from redistributed code.

Third-party components

STiDY bundles open-source components under their own licenses (see Acknowledgements in Settings). Those licenses govern those components; this EULA does not narrow them.

Termination

Your license to the hosted service ends if you materially breach the Terms of Service. Your rights to the open-source code are governed by its license and survive independently.
